- LTEF’s 2011 Mardi Gras GalaJuly 24, 2010
The Lake Travis Education Foundation’s 2011 Mardi Gras Gala will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the new Westin Austin at the Domain. Dining, dancing, live & silent auctions, and outrageous entertainment by the Spazmatics. Proceeds benefit the students and teachers of the Lake Travis ISD. - LTEF’s Fore the Kids Golf TournamentJuly 24, 2010
”Fore” the Kids, the Lake Travis Education Foundation’s 8th annual Golf Tournament, will be held Monday, October 11th at The Hills ’ Signature Course. 4-Player Scramble with a 9 am Shotgun Start. Breakfast, lunch and awards reception. Proceeds benefit the students and teachers of the Lake Travis ISD. To date, LTEF has funded more than $2.4 million in grants and scholarships, and your support through events such as this tournament make future funding possible. Come out to Hill Country Galleria and experience Thursday Night Music on Main! This will be held every Thursday night in June from 7pm – 9pm. Various musicians will be performing throughout the entire shopping center for your enjoyment. Take a stroll down main street and be entertained while you shop.

The Bee Cave Library’s Summer Reading Program has a “Star Wars” theme, and includes lots of space-related fun. Readers of all ages are invited to keep of log of the minutes spent reading, and turn them in to earn fun prizes.
